Bb for verification to collect winnings." From their Headquarters in Port Washinton NY, they say I need a certificate of insurance from the FDIC, the FDIC has no such insurance there I served notice of intent to filing federal civil action under diversity of citizenship, this is to all people paying postage for contests that due not pay out and they need to be shut down, with or without your help, no answer to my certified mail either, so off to Federal Court we go within two (2) years, moving from FL to MI soon.
