I ordered the free trial didn't know you had only so much time it took 3 weeks to get my sample by then they had taken $87.77 out of my bank then another $91.66 I didn't even know until I went to the shop and used my card only to find I had no money it took me ages to find a way of contacting them as the phone no. S on the bottle were false I eventually found an email and since then I have been trying to get my money back I changed my card so they couldn't take anymore out I have been given the runner round with them saying they can't refund because there is a block on my account but I sent them a BSB no for my account and now they say I have to contact Perth to see if I am entitled to a refund but there not the right phone no. S, I am only on an aged pension so I can't afford to lose the money and they had no right to take money when I was only going for the sample I had one more bottle come through and sent it straight back.
