They say it is a free trial and hide their ludicrous terms and conditions. They charged my card 2 lots of postage though only one package was sent with 2 items neither of which was luminage. At least I stopped them charging the products which is much more but only by having my card blocked which is not ideal. Not sure how seriously the card companies take these obvious scams -they said I would get dispute forms in 3 days still no sign. Anyway these people are subject to the distance selling reg`s but are not complying so their various time stipulations cannot operate. From some of the comments they are not even sticking to their own terms but simply theiving the money and refusing to refund it. I do not understand why noone seems to have complained to trading standards or even the policem inf-efficient as they are.
