First of all, i am on the Federal Trade Commission's 'Do Not Call List'. I resubmitted my registration via cell phone to the FTC mid-Dec. 2011. I very rarely get solicitations to my cell phone.;once every 2 yrs. But, since Dec.'11, i have gotten about 5. Something is happening, the opposite of what i am wishing for.
