Charged for a strip view room and recieved a room with no view

I arrived at approximately 11a. M on Saturday, April 7, I went to check-in and was recieved by a rude lady. She asked if I had early check in, I said yes, she was rude at getting my information and when I finally finished, about 30 minutes later, I came to my room on the 17 floor and saw that I had no strip view, of which I had paid for three weeks in advance, I had got two rooms and had paid for both, I called the reservation desk and the girl who I spoke with first said there were none avaliable, she said I could check later, I asked if she could call me she said no, because she was leaving, I asked her to ask her manager. The manager by first name Shakira, and didn't want to give her last name, said that she could put a request for the following day, I informed her that they were paid for, she said she would check but they dont make that charge, I have a receipt stating it was charged and my card confirmed it, she came back and said they couldnt do anything and nothing is guaranteed. The only reason we decided to stay here was for the view, or else we would have stayed somewhere else. I tried looking for a corprate number and couldn't find one. Shouldn't they have to give you what you pay for? Especially since it was done three weeks in advance. This is the worst experience I have had with costumer service and I have stayed at many different hotels here. I just want them to give me what I payed for.
