They told me my loan had been approved. Asked me to verify account number, routing number and social security number. They started all of them with the correct digits but at one point or other mid number would say... My pen was dying, i cant see the next cpl digits... Or something else like they were writing too fast and cant tell what number they jotted down. I did apply for a loan and they had all the info... I assumed it was the local company. When i hung up to go to my email to dbl check the info he gave me and the confirmation email, i realized something wasnt right. I entered the www dot liberty phone loan dot com addy like they told me too... No site. I tried dot net... No site. I then googled liberty phone loan and found a bunch of fraudulent stuff. Called the bank and in the 15 minutes it took me to realize what was up. My acct was down approx 300$ and another withdraw for 124.00 was trying to push through as we froze the account.
*should have went with my gut feeling and been sitting there AT the pc, taking notes and trying the sites... Then i would have known for sure it wasn't the company i did apply with* SOME OF LIFES LESSONS SUCK! Lol
