This company is a complete fraud!!!
First, the tool is total crap and useless!!!
Second, their scam is to just keep the excessive shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise (your credit card company cannot collect the S&H).
Third, they set all this up with their web site which does not allow the purchaser to review or cancel the charges once committed.
