I am so upset with ATT Uverse. I was promised a $200 rewards card if I signed up over the phone with a customer service rep. I signed up for TV service and internet. 2 months later I still have not received any rewards card. Today I call to get a status and after being on the phone for almost 40 min, they have NO record of me being promised a rewards card. I spoke with Cordell, a supervisor, who basically told me there was nothing he could do. They will be losing me as a customer.
