ATT Uverse Rewards - ATT Uverse Rewards on Bundle Packs

I was sold the ATT Uverse 450 bundle pack over the phone January 28. I was sold the internet for free (38.00 value) for six months at a price of $147.00 per month. I was also getting $400.00 in rewards that I would have to call in 7-10 days to claim and was given a phone number to call. The sales rep had put me in for two (2) $200.00 rewards.

After installation, I called the rewards center and was told that I could not claim anything for 30 days and the sales rep was incorrect when she told me 7-10 days. I was very upset at this time because I felt like I had already been scammed. The sales rep had given me her personal line that turned out to be non working. I then called ATT Uverse and spoke to 3 people about my complaint and they told me there was no way to see what rewards I had until 30 days after activation.

Well this weekend was 30 days, I called today and there are no rewards for me. They said since I didn't sign up online, I was not eligible for the big rewards and all they could see i was eligible for was $100.00. They told me part of my rewards was the free internet. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS SOLD! I have emailed the CEO from ATT Uverse that I found in researching complaints about this rewards program. One complaint had all his info attached for others to use. I am going to see what response I get from the CEO but I can tell you now that I will probably be switching back to Brighthouse. I have never felt so scammed and lied to in all my life.

My suggestion to anyone thinking about switching to ATT Uverse, is to do lots of research and get everything in writing that you are promised before you switch! I will never experience this again... As they say learn from your mistakes! I do not understand how a big corporation like ATT can get away with these scams. I talked to four representatives today and not one of them would pass me over to a supervisor.

Stay tuned for the responses to my email sent today...
