I purchased 4 cartridges but only received 3, and since then have been receiving the runaround in email regarding the cartridge. First I was told it was discontinued. Then an email went out to the public about the same item being sold at a higher price. When I reminded the owner that I was owed one, she said was just about to email me, and would send it right away. Since then it has been one excuse after another. Yesterday was the last straw, as I was told it was mailed and I should have it by now.
