I bought Up & Up Sheet protectors (10ct) today. When I got home, half of them had huge cuts all down the middle. I can't even use them. Not even sure if I can return these either. I'll have to go out and buy another set, but I definitely won't be buying Up & Up, since I don't want to risk running into the same problem.
