We took a loan of 400 and have been charged over 3 grand since september. They have also begun using a company called Island Finance to withdraw money. That way they can make two seperate withdrawals. We have been battling this for months. They have changed the amounts every time which makes it impossible to block the withdrawals. Two weeks ago they drained our entire bank account via 4 seperate withdrawals of different amounts on the same day using 2 company names. I called and they literally used profanity and told me there was nothing I could do about it, that I shouldn't have taken a loan. I know this is not legal and cannot do anything about it. Please help us!
