Inspecting my online account, discovered charge from this company I'd never heard of, never contacted, and NEVER disclosed my credit card number to.infuriated... Because of them, my long existing account had to be closed for fraudulent charges. I, too, contacted oodles by phone and the first prompt is "for refund"... Then went to website for refund form that contains so much "legalese" and is preferential to them, it wasn't worth my time!
