Received the first issue of product which I understood to be a free trial offer only to discover that I had to notify the company within a certain time frame that I no longer wished to receive any more product. I did end up paying for the items I received as they would not give me a refund but promptly contacted them to cancel any further orders. This company has made it very difficult to contact them and when I finally did speak to someone they assured me that any further orders would be cancelled, they even gave me a cancellation number. I have now been charged this month again for more product. This time however nothing so far has turned up in the mail. I am now in the process of cancelling my credit card but will have to pay once again.
