I received an email from a friend of mine with a link to the website for A training kit for making money online. It was a very professional looking site with many testamonials from satisfied customers. The person who supposedly sent me the email is a very trusted and respected friend. I attempted to call this friend to ask about the program, but could not make contact. So, I ordered the kit anyway.
Later, I found out from my friend that the email was not sent by her, and that her contacts had apparently been hacked and the advertisement sent to her contacts.
I checked with my credit card company to report the situation and found that the charge had been made from an address in Cyprus.
A representative from Exclusive Training Profits called me to set up a training exercise, so I guess they actually do have a product to sell, but after the initial scam I am no longer interested in the product.
