I went online to get some help with being short cash and the site looked like it was pretty good. To good to be true! They took me for $150 and I didn't get ANYTHING in return. I tried calling them but of course got a voice message to go to their website and look at the frequently asked questions. On their website this is one of the FAQs: Can I speak with someone personally? Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. However, we are available to answer any of your questions by email. You may Contact Us 7 days a week. We normally respond within 1 business day.
They DO NOT get back to you in 1 business day. They have never gotten back to me and I have sent multiple messages on multiple days and no response. I am so frustrated with this.
