Bought a bid-pack back in November. Tried bidding but never won anything. DID "win" 3 items based on the daily free spins. Received emails in January that they could not fulfill the free spin prizes and that they would issue "bid credits" instead. Then I noticed that they were having fewer items on auction and I wrote to their "support" email address to request a refund for my remaining bid credits. I did not receive a response, and when I went back onto their website, it was down. A follow-up email to their "support" email address bounced back.
