This company owns the Motel Duvernay. They rent out rooms to the less fortunate and the needy. They stay there for long term, and some up to 10 years or more. However, if a tenants makes a complaint, this company will immediately evict them. They use the old "were running a motel business" line to get away with the eviction. However, one tenant has taken to the Regie du Logement about their eviction in large part because they filed a complaint with fire officials about broken fire exit doors. They are running a money based rooming and boarding facility and use the scam of motel to evict.
