Scammed us out of thousands of dollars to deliver goods to europe, which are now impounded due to an "agency" (?) liquidated due to customs ISSUES

1 YEAR ago furniture we paid Thousands of USDs to have shipped to Sicily are impounded in UK due to twins moving& storage, company using an "agency" to cut THEIR costs, without our knowledge.
Customs & excise fees still mounting for us and Wentworths the "agency"are bankrupt. Discovered by accident when we checked the web site of Companies House (u.K. S business registry)
we were asked to change the delivery address to mainland Italy "cos we (Twins moving) didn't realize how far it was to sicily as a compromise we obliged with a family members address BUT ONE yEAR on and still nothing
