Thank you for all the previous reports. I first got notified about my ex receptionist authorizing "on tape" to subscribe the yellow pages in Sept and I was delinquent on $599 early this year. I was ordered to pay immediately or risk getting turned to collection. The first person who contacted me was Joanne Moore. She was so nasty that I suspected foul play. I learned from this website that it was a scam. A lawyer friend helped me leaving her messages to call him instead and he even drafted a letter on my behalf. I reported to BBB to no avail and also to the FTC. David Parker just called me yesterday. He told me he was "prelegal" and i told him I knew it was a scam and the feds were on them. I told him to call my lawyer. My friend did call him up on my behalf and he totally told him a different story, coercing him to get me to settle. I am so glad with reading all the reports on this site. David, Joanne and Kevin are hard at work in the recent months, upsetting so many people as the reports have escalated to 39. My husband said that they cannot be prosecuted because they did not send anything through the mail. Make them send something through the mail. Do not settle on the phone. We need to put these people away. If they send anything through the US mail, it is considered mail fraud and then they can be prosecuted.
