On October 28th a young lady named Kate Raegan came to my door to sell me some magazines. I had been wanting a subscription to Parent&Child so I went ahead and ordered a 36 issue subscription for $50 plus an additional $15 processing and handling charge. I wrote a check out to Atlantic Circulation, Inc for $65. The receipt I got said that I would receive the magazine within 120 days. My check was cashed and it has been 160 days now without any sign of the magazine. I tried calling the number listed on the receipt (717-755-3480) but it just rang with no answer or answering machine.
