Institute For Health & Wellness
Consumer Report

I ordered a "trial" size bottle of Revivagenix which arrived quickly. I had ordered another product from Dermapure at the same time. A few weeks later I received another jar of the Dermapure cream, which I hadn't ordered. I checked my credit card statement and discovered a charge for that cream and a charge for the Revivagenix, which I hadn't ordered nor had I received. When I called the company, I was told that since I hadn't called to cancel, I was being charged the full price for the "trial" I had already received. I tried going back to the website to see where they had hidden the fine print telling me this before I ordered. However, I was unable to locate the website. Since this occurred the same day as my telephone call, I assume they're still in business but who knows. I am familiar with companies who suck you in with a taster and then, if you don't cancel they bill you for additional product. The Institute for Health has reached a new low however in billing full price for what was supposed to be a "free" sample for which the customer was only supposed to pay shipping and handling. I have alerted my credit card company and they will look into it but if ever the term "buyer beware" applied, it certainly does in this instance.
