I ordered a PS3 Ear Force PX21 Gaming headset from the site. The price was 39.00 (free shipping).
When I used Google Checkout to purchase the headset, I was promptly charged and told that my order was received by the seller.
On the 27th of March, I sent an e-mail asking the seller when my order would be shipped. I have received no confirmation of shipping, nor have I received ANY correspondence from the seller whatsoever.
When I attempted to call the number the seller gave for contact reasons, it turned out to be the number to Macy's credit card department.
When I went back to the actual website (shopsalesoff.com) to attempt to contact the administration of the website to report the seller, the complaint would not go through. I tried it several times on two different browsers.
So not only am I not able to contact the seller, but I cannot contact the owners of the website, either.
