Would you kindly check with regards to the billing of the following two from my credit card & make sure you refund them.
I have not signed for any monthly/ongoing programs with you.
The first pack you sent was damaged & one product was stolen, which i sent back to your address with the broken envelope & the postal letter acknowledging this. I only received the colenese bottle.
The following debit transaction happened without my authorisation on my credit account:

The australian telephone help desk does not answer even after waiting for 60 minutes continuously, as i live in australia.
If i do not hear from you or if i am not refunded by cheque for the said amount i will be passing on all your information to the australian federal police and the british police as this tantamount to a scam.
