I received a big yellow envelope that said rapid notice docket and i opened it and it said that i am the winner of 2,536, 092.23 and an account number in my name and asked me to initial the questions and send 20.00 with the bottom part of the letter with the 20.00 for a transfer fee thats what i did then i went on my computer to see if they had a website and they did so i glanced at it and went to the mail box then came back home got on the website and see all of the complaints and how its a ripoff and i want to go get my 20$ out the mail box cause i had missed the mail man but its too late now.
