I live in Montreal, Canada.
Same for me: I asked for the free samples and paid for the shipping.
The next month I received the products. I let it pass, but yesterday I once more received the products and they took money from my Visa card. I never authorized that. I cancelled my Visa card.
This morning, (March 31) I just sent an email to [email protected] and asked to put an end to this situation.
I'm waiting for an answer.
Total for February they stole from my account: $208.10
and the same for March. What can we do?
