On or about 09 July (and noted in letter dated 19 July 04) Morgan County Department of Human Services' paralegal Tammie Wick explicitly threatened Jay Dennis over the phone that if he were ever late with another payment (child support) that she (Tammie Wick) would take action against Jay Dennis legally (presumably with wage garnishment and Colorado Driver's License Revokation).
I am, under color of law officially late with a payment - not in reality, but forcibly and officially late - as a result of blatant discrimination and attacks on my Civil Liberties by the Director of Morgan County Department of Human Services Marilyn Neihart and her Child Support Enforcement Representatives Bob Prevost and Tammie Wick.

The other photocopy (exhibit2.jpg) is of the cleared check for July Child Support which was entered into the Family Support Registry (FSR) Database on 13 July 04, cleared Jay Dennis' bank on 14 July, and was glaringly obvious to Tammie Wick on 16 July 04 (the date the SECOND monthly payment was ordered by Tammie Wick).
I notified Morgan County Department of Human Services' Bob Prevost and Marilyn Niehart, United States Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General, and Congresswoman Musgrave on 19 July regarding Tammie Wick's incompetent abuse of her positions' power, yet the abusive attack continues as an obvious result of either a conspiracy against me for lodging previous complaints against the Morgan County Department of Human Services or extreme incompetence by Bob Prevost and Marilyn Niehart.
Tammie wick accessed the Family Support Registry Database on 09 July 04 and asserted accurately that I owed $650.00 during the course of a phone conversation.
Tammie Wick knowingly and deliberately executed and ordered a second July Child Support payment three days after check 2105 for July's payment had POSTED in the Family Support Registry database, thus the $575.00 balance as of 16 July 04. Tammie Wick knowingly and deliberately set the due date (21 July 04) on the second un-necessary July payment so premature as to allow the due date to elapse prior to it being mailed, and, as a direct and pre-planned malicious result, received days after the 21 July 04 due date. Jay Dennis is late under color of law for an un-necessary July Child Support Obligation, under color of law, as a result of Tammie Wick's pre-meditated discriminatory efforts. Tammie Wick is demonstrably following through with her explicit threat of wage garnishment and license suspension with the full knowledge and close supervision of Bob Prevost and Marilyn Niehart.
Tammie Wick is BLATANTLY VIOLATING Jay Dennis' Civil Liberties.

Based on Tammie Wick's direct threats and actions to use her position's power to violate Jay Dennis' Civil Rights and the fact that both Bob Prevost and Marilyn Niehart were made aware, most recently on 19 July by fax and mailed letter, of Tammie Wick's threats and incompetence and still implicitly or explicitly allowed this process to proceed to this stage, I ask for a Criminal Investigation and Audit to be conducted addressing the retaliatory efforts of Tammie Wick, Bob Prevost, and Marilyn Neihart by the harassment of and blatant discrimination toward Jay Dennis' rights, privileges, and relationship with his son dating back to early 2000. The fact that these activities occur regularly and with full knowledge of superiors and despite substantial and compelling evidence of, at minimum, Tammie Wick's ignorant incompetence in her position, but, and more likely, blatant discrimination and abuse of men literally sickens me. How many men can't, or won't, fight back? I'm wondering if it is worth it... Guess I'll know when I'm walking to work.
Jay Dennis clearly expressed concerns of Tammie Wick's competence in letter dated 19 July and addressed to her superiors Bob Prevost and Marilyn Neihart (Director).
The purposeful impossibility of making the second July payment on time demonstrates Tammie Wick's venomous prejudice and willingness to indiscriminately abuse her position's power, judgment, and authority.
Given the facts, nothing less than the termination of Marilyn Niehart, Bob Prevost, and Tammie Wick from any position in any department in the State of Colorado and immediate revocation of any credentials they possess is acceptable or realistic.
As these individuals are representatives of the State of Colorado, the reality is even more disgusting.
Tammie Wick is in a position of authority over Jay Dennis. If Tammie Wick were Jay Dennis' spouse, a substantial case could be made for Domestic Violence / Anger Management Classes due to continued and repeated psychological, emotional, and verbal abuse.
Jay Dennis is a citizen of the United States of America with certain protections against tyrannical use and abuse of State and Federally granted authority. Will someone help?

Early 2000 - Tammie Wick drops child abuse charges against me, but does not pursue them against my ex-wife - though my ex-wife admitted to Tammie Wick that she was hitting me with her fists while I was holding our 18 mnth old son.
I complained to Tammie Wick, the county attorney, and MArilyn Neihart. Nothing was done.
This incident change the course of my life. When the Morgan Cnty. Colorado system failed to protect my son and proceeded to vehemently pursue me in any means legally, I cracked, lost my job, and haven't been the same psychologically or emotionally since.
August - The person who took my phone call regarding possible sexual abuse of my son, asked me if I had seen my son giving oral sex to some one. I reacted angrily and complained to Art Trevithick (Head of the complaints Dept. For Human Services for the state of Colorado - I later found that Doug Trevithick is the Mayor of Ft. Morgan). Nothing happens.
16 July 04 - Tammie Wick begins her assault in order to retaliate for my past official complaints. When her superiors were notified, no less than five days prior to my recieving the second monthly obligation, they obviously did nothing.
25 July 04 - Tammie Wick's plan is coming to Fruition.
