I received an email from 1st Premier Staffing in response to a job that I inquired about on craigslist. The email stated that I would be considered for a job but only after I filled out a credit report. They asked me to visit this link http://iqhmanagement.com/job_application / and fill out the appropriate info. I clicked the link and filled out personal info and then I was directed to creditreport.com to get a current copy of my credit report which I did. I've since realized by reading the other reports that this was a scam. This is the email I received:
Hi Valerie,
I am Agatha, the hiring staffing assistant. I got your resume today,
and I am excited to let you know that I think you are an awesome candidate.
Your previous job history is a huge plus. If you choose,
I would like to move you forward in the application process now!
The next step is to get your info over to Diane the hiring manager.
To avoid problems, she only views resumes that are viewable online.
