The above company or someone connected with them is using other people's names and e-mail addresses to send out solicitation to buy into the Online Wealth Formula Kit Program. The fraudulent and deceptive emails are sent to various people on their face book contact list of friends.in the past few days I have had e-mails from my friends asking why I was sending spam e-mails to them promoting Online Wealth Formula Kit program and requesting a fee to start -up and they ask
the prospect to click on www.businessnet13.com to get the story and solicitation using a single mom who makes $4219.00 each month. The story is shown on the screen as CNBC and the writer is Colleen Kane. The idea is to suck in the reader's to make a small $100.00 investment to get started. I received one of these messages from a face book user in Ontario and deleted it as span. Now people are sending me e-mails complaining why I am sending them solicitation e-mails when in fact I'm not and the con artists are using my name and e-mail address which was probably pulled off the face book friends list. I am receiving nasty e-mails and from a receiver of one e-mail that showed it coming from me with my name and e-mail address on the message. Plus two additional friends have received the same type e-mail in the last few days and I have to write back and tell them that I do not send these type e-mails or solicit my friends or anyone to buy some phony program offered by con artists to broadcast messages to suck people into buying phony programs. It is a criminal offence to impersonate another person plus the program that they are peddling is a scam to steal money from unsuspecting people and using one of the prospects good friend to con them into opening the e-mail and possibly get suckered into buying into a phony scam program. I wonder about this Jamie's Blog being used as a paid scapegoat for the scammer's. How can I get my name not to be used by these con artists crooks and what laws protect me and the public from being used and scammed.
I will post a message to this effect on face book and also tell face book that their social site is being used to gain access to names and addresses by these con artists. Also someone should do an interview with the Jamie Wallace in Calgary that promotes her blog site telling everyone how much money she is making and referring people to the scamming site via www.businessnet13.com. I also question why CNBC and the Associated Press allow Colleen Kane to do a lengthy positive write up on Jammie and the program and promoting Jamie's Blog without a through investigation of jamie and all the scam players in the big con job. Is Colleen Kane the writer aware that the scammer's are using other people's names and e-mail addresses to facilitate their scam and avoid being libel to people that they suck into buying into a dishonest money making operation.
