Text Cost One Dollar Promising Free Gift Card Offer

I received a message that cost me a dollar on my cell and said that I won a free $1000 gift card so I went online and it wouldn't bring up the site. "You just won a fee $1000 Walmart gift card, enter "1000" at http://promodayoffers.com/walmart_gift" this is the exact message I received.
