I hired Charles Rogers of Warsaw, Indiana, to fix my house in Anderson, Indiana, in June. (Charles Rogers was born approximately in 1955). He took my money - $6,000.00 - damaged the roof, that the house totally deteriorated after that - and disappeared with the money. I filed to a Small Case Court. Charles Rogers's and his wife's Virginia Rogers's files are in Warsaw, IN, Police Dept. For their arrest. But this family of frauds moves from place to place. They have never been stopped.
