While on phone I tried to cancel my free sample. Told payment had gone through. Cancelled further payments. One payment taken from my account Jan. Feb. March. Not authorized. I cancelled on 23rd. Jan. Don't know how many more payments will be taken from me. Don't know what to do to stop them.
