I too rented a home from Ed Forrester in the Moonridge section of Big Bear. The home was not as advertised with many issues which I reported to Forrester. He ignored my many attempts to deal with the issues and he has not returned my security deposit nor has he reimbursed me for the supplies he told us to buy that were supposed to be in the house when we arrived.
I would highly recommend that you stay far away from ANY business dealings with Ed Forrester. He cannot be trusted.
