Responsibilities & Main Duties: - Set up relationships with clients, and establish contact with the suppliers - Process order papers - Consult with suppliers for best possible solution or alternating solutions keeping organization business objectives - Work closely with the project foreman - Once the work is finished, create monthly reports, based on order sheet - Fulfill budgets, and cost control; ensure budget updates; update price changes due to store changes - Matching between the organization, client, manufacturer and any other third parties that may be indicated with the project - Guarantee analysis on the impact of expenses and availability on shipping decisions - Communicate very closely with business group to give information regarding the competition, potential goals, pricing initiatives and other issues - Develop and maintain effective client relationships and the divisional structure
