The organization began in the purchasing industry with a few employees, doing small job such as transportation of goods from supplier to purchaser, etc. The company's conviction has always been 'getting the order completed no matter what charges the project brings'. They labor every day to give new and better service to consumers to meet every order.
Responsibilities:
- Organize relationships with clients, and contact with the vendors
- Monitor order documents
- Negotiate with vendors for best possible solution and reserved solutions keeping organization business requirements
- Operate with the project foreman
- Once the work is finished, make weekly reports, based on work breakdown sheet
- Execute budgets, and charges control; assure budget updates; submit price changes due to supplier changes
- Interfacing between the organization, consumer, manufacturer and any other third parties that might be indicated with the project
- Give analysis on the impact of expenses and availability on purchasing decisions
- Communicate very efficiently with team to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential suppliers, pricing forecast and purchase issues
- Control and maintain effective vendor relationships and the organizational structure
