We purchased what we thought was a quality German Shepherd puppy from Toni Brezel who owns Haus Brezel. We paid $2000 for the male puppy. The dog's dad is Ando and advertised on her website as being a "top" dog Sire: VA Ando v Hopfenhalle, Sch. 3. However, after we paid for our puppy we were advised that our dog has only one testicle which was not disclosed to us! This dog cannot breed and has to be neutered because there is a high risk of testicular cancer and this gene is passed on. He was supposedly imported from Germany and came from this great blood line. Toni Brezel was really nice until she got our money, which she makes everyone pay in cash, then she refused to make any concession and became very rude in her emails advising us there was nothing we could do about it. So buyer beware of purchasing any puppies that comes from the sire Ando or from Toni Brezel at haus Brezel. She should not be breeding this dog because he has cryptorchidism and passes on this gene to where males have only 1 testicle and are at a higher risk for testicular cancer. This is not the first time she has done this to someone according to the blogs on the internet. It is a minimum of $300 to have the puppy neutered because the surgery is more invasive. Also, she will not give you a health certificate on the dog you purchase which is a big red flag! Buyer beware of this breeder!!! You will not get what you pay for.
