I submitted phone order and VISA card number to purchase two sets of 2 headsets at cost of $25.90 thereby accepting TV offer of $10.00 plus 7.95 plus $7.95... Total of $25.90. Package arrived a few weeks later with no order #, no bill, no invoice—nothing, not even cost. A few weeks later VISA bill received showing cost of #103.60. I contacted VISA to initiate stoppage of payment, was told to try to resolve via phone contact with gojo who told me on 3/27 they'd
credit my VISA $31.80, then refund $20 upon receipt of improperly sent two sets
(total of 4 sets). VISA will hold dispute open until my charge is reduced not to $51.80, but to $25.90, the actual cost of my order accepting their TV offer.
