I recieved a letter in the mail that had an "Express Courier" logo on it, but definantly a prepaid postage-presorted mail envelope.inside was a letter from a man named: A.T. Lee. It looked official with watermarked paper and a 1080 form for me to sign and return. It also asked for me to answer a trivia question. Then, of course, it asked for me to pay a "discounted fee" of $9. I immediatly thought that there was something wrong when I looked at the envelope. I hope that no one actually goes for this rediculous scam! Fair warning to those who are in a bind financially (like me) and are looking for a little relief. These people have no shame at all!
