I had two unauthorized charges for Experian Credit on my American Express card for January and February. American Express has blocked them for anymore charges, but when I called the number located next to the charge on my AmEx statement they couldn't find my account. I told them that is preposterous; how can you charge my AmEx card and not have an account for me. When I asked the gentleman, Drew, what is the next department I need to speak to, he said no one, we are a Division of Experian Credit. Certainly I don't intend to stop here, and I'm glad I happened to find your site, I will continue to try to reach someone in Experian Credit (?) other than "a division of Experian".
