I didn't sign up for anything but recieved a 9.99 charge on my cell phone bill from Us Cellular. The phone compnay can't give a refund and the number on the bill is not a valid number 18557070053.
What can I do to get the funds back and to avoid them doing this again since I don't know how they did it in the first place.
