Was reading highlights from MSN websites. Was asked to input phone number to win a prize. Started getting text messages. Texted STOP and QUIT to the number. Received a 9.99 charge on my cell phone bill. Called US Cellular. They cannot refund. Called the number listed for Celebs Exposed and I get a message to please hold, then the line goes dead.
