This site I came upon by one of the Fackbook Ads on their site. They got me because it said "have a chance to win a Free $100 gift card for Amazon". I clicked on the link and it to me a 10 answers questionnaire.
I started to answer the questions and at the end it said to give out my email and phone for contact. Okay seems normal.
After that it took me to another page. Then, it said "almost there" and it wanted me to enter a pin # that they would text me. Strange but I did do it once I got it from my cell phone.
After doing that yet again it took me to another web page. Now things are getting really strange. It wanted me to enter a different pin once I get it on my cell phone. It kept on saying almost there. I did it but I didn't want to now.
By now I'm figuring out this is a scam job. Every time I enter the pin numbers for their different sites, they are signing me up for weekly charges for BS texts, $9.99 and above. As soon as I realized what was going on I quickly reply "stop" to all the texts. Then they reply back by saying I'm canceled now. If I didn't I believe I would be charged for this scam job going around.
Also, it kept on saying I'm almost done for the supposed gift card sweepstake. Well, now they wanted me to download and install their software program. Yeah, right! F You! It started to download and I wanted to discard it. How stupid do these people think I am?
Afterwards, it took me yet again to a different site saying "almost done" now. Just give out my Name, address, birthday, and all. I quickly closed the page. I bet next they would want Credit Card info if I keep on going. "Almost done" HA! I'm never going to be done! I quit!
This is one of the best scams I seen. Using big name companies to get me to give out my info to them. Well bring it on! I checked all my stuff, so if something fishy going on, I know and I will stop it in it's tracks!
