I ordered the free samples to try the products the site stated that shipping costs
only would be charged. I then discovered that one of these samples had been charged and taken from my account for £74. I have now recieved another bottle of serum which I did not order and again charged £74. I hope you can help me with this which I feel is totally illegal. I have proof of this on my bank statements.
