I bought a hand made Pipe from their web site. I used pay pal and should have checked, but the length of time to complete was past the pay pal reimbursement time frame. There was a "delay due to high order volumes" that turned a six week wait into months, now six months later they won't even return my E-mails. I have tried to call them at the number they have listed with Pay pal and it isn't working. I had payed extra for speedy shipping with a tracking number, well they list it as shipped but no tracking number is given. I know I will never see my money or pipe now, but I hope to help other people not get scammed as well.
