I recieved 2 tubs of DermaScience and NuVisage cream (in the past few weeks) and have been charged $81.39 and $91.05 twice. I have been trying to contact the company who keeps mailing out these items to inform them to stop sending and charging them to my account but to no avail. I had only signed up for samples which were surposedly $10 in total, without obligation of purchasing the products.
There were no accounts or receipts enclosed with the products, so I am unable to successfully track down the company who is responsible for sending and charging. The only address which shows on the packs is P. O Box 30816. Salt Lake City, UT 84130. I live in Australia, so I believe I have been charged for the postage included. I cannot afford to keep being charged for an unwanted product, and I want to know how to contact this company to put a stop to this.
