He contacted me, using a Friend's name. Saying I won $150,000.00 but had to pay $3,000.00 up front for taxes etc. Told him I didn't have that kind of money,
then said they would loan me the money to cash a check and send it to him and then I would get the $150,000.00. The thing is my friend had been in the Hospital for 3 weeks and they were using her name and etc. Be aware.
