I found this fraudulent charge on my debit card while balancing my checkbook. I made two attempts to call the company at the number listed for them, 610-285-1763 in Pennsylvania. On the first call, the phone rang twice and went to a busy signal. The second time, a recording of an Asian-sounding woman advised me to wait for the next available representative. Of course, no one ever picked up the phone. I immediately called my bank and filed a fraud claim. They have cancelled my debit card, issued a new card, & are sending documents for me to sign, notarize and return.
