I received a text message saying thata I won $100 from Wal Mart and to go to http://promocenter and type in "1000". It came from phone 1-571-243-0120. I did call the number which went to voicemail and said that the voicemail had not been set up. Also tried to look up on internet and it gave several options to go to such as promocenter.com or.org - I did go to.com address and it said that promocenter was coming soon with a list of promo type items listed down the page.
