Consumer ordered $6549.65 worth of kitchen craft cooware. We shipped product. Meantime consumer cancelled check. She wrote another check for partcial 3800.00 it was returned nsf. Customer refuses all certified mailings from us and one from our attorney. No response from her at all. Today (march 19) customer answered her business phone and i advised her this account would be turned over to our outside collection agency if she did not make good payment (money order or cashiers check or pay by credit card over phone). She asked me to hold on and then never came back to phone.
