I seen an advert on line offering free samples of face cream i was told to give my bank details for postage and package and without my permission they took payments of 79 pounds and 51 pounds each month since december i did notice this on till january they are still taking out of my account i was told by the bank to let it go for another month and any money stopped they would give me back i dont know what to do
